All orders received after Noon (12pm) enter schedule on next day! Each Job must be written as separate PO.

Production Schedule: 5 - 7 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.

When available - Rush Charges of 30% (3 days) Rush Charges of 40% (1-2 days) Rush Charges of 50% (same day) from receipt of art & merchandise.

Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.

All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

Additional Charges

Digitizing is priced at $5 - 7 per 1,000 stitches. No minimum charge rounded to next 1,000.

Tape Edits: $25 when we have to change a current logo.

Personalization: One line $10 - 15.

All Dr. Names with specialization: $15.

Hat Backs: Minimum charge: $5 - 7.50

Bags: Add $1.00 (A) each

Metallic Thread: Add $0.50 per piece

Thread Color Changes: $0.50 per piece

Dakota Design: If you take advantage of our stock design and place an order for more than 12 pieces, there will be no set up. If less than 12, there will be a $25.00.

When sending in art, please email the highest quality DPI, JPG, AI, EPS, CDR. If you only have a word document or PDF we can work with that as well.

Copy of Disk: $10.00

Sewouts using Customer tape: $15.00

Any unused disks not claimed will be destroyed after 2 years.

We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files.

All shirts steamed and folded: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE

No extra charge for Solvy or top quality materials.

Shirts and Hats not combined for quantity.

Sorting Fee: $2.00 per Box

You should always expect quality, and we provide it inclusive!
